MOBILE APP DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
For clients who want to be able to access and monitor their account information on-the-go, TCA Technology developed its award-winning mobile app, allowing our customers to securely check their account balances and transaction history from their mobile devices. The app is customized to synch with the features and functions of individual client programs.
WEB PORTAL DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
A key element of our client program model is online support, including customized client portals. Client e-wallet sites are integrated with their back-end program platforms to provide real-time, web-based access to program information, whether for individual customers who want to manage their own accounts or program administrators who need to track overall program performance.
